Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is the “yoga of awareness “practised with closed eyes, inviting to stay inside for deeper connection and transformation.
It incorporates movement or yoga poses,dynamic breathing techniques,mantra chanting (sound that work toward a specific outcome), pranayama (breath work)mudra (hand placement) and meditation which makes this type of yoga very different and powerful practice.
One of the beauties of Kundalini yoga is that you can experience the benefits in a very short time and sometimes after one session.A regular practice will help you feel happier, healthier and more energised.Powerful breath work and mantra will awaken more creativity making you feel more confident,inspired and productive.

Day Classes : Tuesday | Time: 9.30am-11am
Evening classes : Thursday | Time: 7pm-8.30pm
Cost of Investment.
£25 per class or £200 for a course of 10 paid in advance
All classes are face to face and run for 90 mins including 30 mins of face yoga, meditation and relaxation.

Kundalini yoga is perfect for the modern day person as it helps to transit from fast pace of life causing too much stress and disconnection to more inner peace, balance and contentment.
It can be practised by everyone regardless your fitnesses, flexibility, size or a gender.
It’s completely safe even if you have had a recent injury, as you can work at your own pace and listening to your body.
This type of yoga is not about perfecting physical postures but more about connecting to our inner being, feelings, emotions and allowing ourselves to experience them.
