Our face contains over 50 different muscles and unlike most of the rest of the body, a lot of these facial muscles are rarely used resulting in aging and sagging skin.

Face yoga works the muscles and top three layers of skin, improving the circulation,blood and oxygen supply which stimulates collagen production.By carrying out regular exercises we help to remove toxins and reduce stress and tension, all of which lead to firmer and smoother skin.

It’s a natural, non- invasive and holistic approach to facial rejuvenation which combines key facial exercises to strengthen and tone the muscles with acupressure, massage and relaxation. Connecting to the body in an empowered and positive way using these methods can transform how we approach our beauty routines, skin and prevent and reduce signs of aging.
