What is

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is the “yoga of awareness “practised with closed eyes, inviting to stay inside for deeper connection and transformation.
It incorporates movement or yoga poses, dynamic breathing techniques, mantra chanting (sound that work toward a specific outcome), pranayama (breath work)mudra (hand placement) and meditation which makes this type of yoga very different and powerful practice.

One of the beauties of Kundalini yoga is that you can experience the benefits in a very short time and sometimes after one session.A regular practice will help you feel happier, healthier and more energised.Powerful breath work and mantra will awaken more creativity making you feel more confident, inspired and productive.
